How yourlicense works.

One license key runs RSForex Bot on one PC. Each key locks to the computer it’s activated on.

  1. A license key activates on a single PC and binds to that machine and your MT5 account.

  2. Your plan sets how many PCs your license runs on: Starter 1, Pro up to 2, Elite up to 3, with one MT5 account per PC.

  3. Your key can’t be shared or copied to another machine; it simply won’t run anywhere it isn’t licensed.

  4. Moving to a new PC? Reset the binding from your dashboard and re-activate on the new machine.

How does the 30-day trial work?
Your card is authorized when you start the trial but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before renewal and you pay nothing. Trial abuse controls (one trial per person, card and device keyed) apply.
What's the difference between the plans?
Only how many PCs you can run the bot on at once — 1, up to 2, or up to 3 — with one MT5 account per PC. The XAUUSD strategy, the automatic risk controls, the dashboard, strategy updates and support are identical on every plan. We do not gate features you would need behind a higher price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your license stays active until the end of the paid period, then lapses. The bot stops opening new trades; any open position remains under the stop-loss and take-profit already attached to it, for you to manage.
Do you hold my money?
No. We charge only the subscription. RSForex Bot never accepts deposits, holds funds, or withdraws from your trading account. You trade through your own broker or prop-firm MT5 account, and your money stays there.
Do you refund trading losses?
No. RSForex Bot is software access, not a profit guarantee. Trading losses are not grounds for refund. Refunds may be considered for verified software-access failures. See the refund policy.
What happens if my payment fails?
The subscription enters a past-due grace window while the card is retried. If payment keeps failing, the license is suspended: no new trades open, open positions stay under their attached stop-loss/take-profit, and your data is kept so you can resume by updating the card.
